Whether you have been keeping a list of flowers in your notes app, or you don’t know much about flowers at all, we work closely with you and your planner to design wedding flowers that echo your vision and complement the venue you so carefully chose, from The RoseMary in McKinney to Davis & Grey Farms in Celeste and River Road in Anna.
Custom work is built around the couple, the date, and the architecture. We love statement installations and rehearsal-dinner drop-offs as much as the wedding-day room.
How we work
A clear process, then a written plan.
We’ll never just say you’re receiving a bouquet of blue and white flowers and leave it at that. Detailed proposals walk you through each line item and include images of each flower in the palette we’re proposing.

Custom Designer Florals begin at $3,000, tax included, and include custom design as well as delivery, setup, and removal. At our first meeting, we’ll ask about your vision, your venue, and the elements you have in mind, from bouquets and centerpieces to larger pieces like floral arches and installations. Then we present a proposal that shows what we’re envisioning, down to the specific flowers and foliage we recommend.

Questions we hear first.
How is the final price determined?
Price follows the size of the wedding party, the flowers you prefer, and the elements you select. Dramatic installations cost more than a few stands around the room, both for flower quantity and installation time. If you are open about budget, we can present options that still feel like you. Holiday pricing is in our FAQ.
What areas do you serve?
We’re based in McKinney and serve Collin County and nearby North Texas, including Plano, Frisco, Allen, Prosper, Celina, Anna, Melissa, and Van Alstyne.
Do you offer an Ă la carte option?
Yes. If you are having a smaller wedding and only need a few select pieces, email hautepoppies@gmail.com for a custom quote.
Have you worked at my venue?
We often design at The RoseMary and Davis & Grey Farms, regularly design at River Road, and also design at Primrose Hill. Past work farther afield includes The Laurel, The Milestone in Denton, Hotel Crescent Court, Hotel Drover, Bella Donna Chapel, and others. Ask if you want to see work from your location. We also welcome new venues in the North DFW area.
When should we book?
Please book at least 3 months ahead. We place flower orders at least 1 month before your event. Read When to Book Your Wedding Florist.
What if I want a simpler plan?
The Haute Poppies Venue Collection is $2,100, tax included, as a drop-off at venues across Dallas, Fort Worth, Denton, Grayson, and Hunt. Drop-off delivery; we install your ceremony pod. Custom Designer Florals remain the path when you want statement installations, full service, or a plan built from scratch.
