How Our Wedding Flower Process Works
Haute Poppies is a McKinney wedding florist. We start with your email and a free consultation, send a detailed proposal, refine it with you, and, for custom weddings, handle delivery, setup and removal. Custom Designer Florals are from $3,000, tax included, and weddings are best booked at least three months out.
01 Consultation
It starts with an email to hautepoppies@gmail.com with your venue, your date, and what you have in mind. Then book a free consultation by call or Zoom on our calendar. On that first call, we ask about your vision, your venue, and the elements you have in mind, from bouquets and centerpieces to larger pieces like floral arches and smilax. You don't have to know exactly what you want. We don't have a house style, and we will never push you toward a design that doesn't feel right. Your proposal lists your flower selections and the size of each piece, and we're happy to share photos of similar work on request.
02 Proposal (Custom Designer Florals)
Your proposal shows each piece, its size and style, and the palette, with photos for reference.
03 Refine
We work within your budget without compromising quality. We get creative with suggestions, a different flower here, a different type of arrangement there, so you can still reach the feeling you want.
04 Wedding day
Custom Designer Florals are from $3,000, tax included, and include design, delivery, setup, and removal. Prefer a simpler option? The Venue Collection is $2,100, tax included. Drop-off delivery; we install your ceremony pod.
