Pricing

Custom Designer Florals are from $3,000, tax included, and include custom design, delivery, setup, and removal. Your proposal is built from your vision, venue, and the pieces you choose, with tax built into each line.

The Haute Poppies Venue Collection is $2,100, tax included. Drop-off delivery; we install your ceremony pod.

Weddings scheduled within 10 days of Valentine's Day or Mother's Day are subject to a floral surcharge of up to 30%, which covers higher industry-wide shipping and transportation costs during peak floral holidays.

One bridal bouquet, up to three petite bridesmaid bouquets, a groom boutonniere, up to three groomsmen boutonnieres, one ceremony pod on your arch or cross installed by our team, and seventy-five bud vases.

You choose the palette and the feeling. We choose the seasonal flowers. Custom pieces and specific flower requests are quoted individually.

Our flower recipes are a starting plan, not a fixed count. Flowers are living things, and every delivery arrives a little different, so we finish each piece by eye. When the blooms come in especially full and beautiful, we often add more. Your proposal lists each piece with its size, style, and flower selections, and we're happy to share photos of similar work on request.

As a drop-off at most venues within about an hour of McKinney, which covers most of DFW, including Davis & Grey Farms, The RoseMary, River Road, Primrose Hill, and many other venues.

Tell us what you are interested in, and we send a simple Google Doc to choose your pieces. We send an order sheet back to you. If it looks right, simply sign your proposal, or hop on a Zoom to walk through it together. Not every Venue Collection needs a call. If your order grows or needs container pieces, it becomes a custom wedding, which is perfectly fine, and we will likely plan it together on Zoom.

Weddings are best booked at least three months out. Tighter timeline? Email us, we can often make it work. Booking earlier gives you the widest choice of seasonal flowers, so send your date and venue to hautepoppies@gmail.com, and see our guide on when to book your wedding florist.

Small orders, drop-offs, pick-ups, and sympathy arrangements: email us your date and we will tell you what we can do. For order sheets and time-sensitive needs like funeral arrangements, email us as soon as you can at hautepoppies@gmail.com.

After you sign your floral contract, we will email you a link to your floral questionnaire and a link to schedule your Zoom. The questionnaire doesn't need to be finished until your Zoom. If the form gives you any trouble, email us at hautepoppies@gmail.com and we will sort it out.

Yes, and they are free. Email us your venue, your date, and what you have in mind, then book a free consultation by call or Zoom on our calendar. Not every Venue Collection order needs a call.

We’re based in McKinney and design weddings all over DFW and beyond, including Collin, Denton, Grayson, and Hunt Counties and cities like Celeste, Anna, Melissa, and Van Alstyne. The Venue Collection is available at most venues within about an hour of McKinney, and Custom Designer Florals can travel farther. Email us your venue and we will confirm.
